The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm and the doors to the ceremony will be closed at that time. We urge guests to arrive at least 15 minutes to a half hour before the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding their seats. Guests will unfortunately not be allowed into the ceremony space once the ceremony has begun.

Cocktail attire. We ask that guests dress to impress! Formal gowns or tuxedos are not necessary but cocktail dresses and suits or jackets would be perfect! Our wedding will be totally indoors so weather should not be an issue.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults only event. Please take the opportunity for a parent’s night out!

While we wish we could include the whole world in our big day, we do have limited space. We kindly request that guests do not bring anyone who is not listed specifically on their invitation.

There will be an open bar during cocktail hour with beer, wine and some signature cocktails! The reception will have a cash bar for guests to enjoy.

We will have several food stations where guests can choose what they eat! There will be vegan and vegetarian options available at most stations.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held in different spaces in the same building. The cocktail hour is located on the second floor and has an elevator for anyone who may need access to one. We will have signage and ushers helping to direct guests on where to go throughout the day!

We ask that guests refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony but should feel free to capture the night throughout the cocktail hour and reception! We look forward to seeing the night through our loved one’s eyes!

There are multiple parking lots located at the venue. We do kindly ask guests who will be drinking to find alternate ways home and to not drive while intoxicated. Rideshares are readily available in the area and cars are permitted to remain in the parking lot overnight if necessary.

We ask that guests who are graciously wanting to give us a wedding gift consider making a contribution to our honeymoon fund. We do also have a traditional registry that can be found under the “Registry” tab on the website!

Our reception will end at 10:30pm at which time we invite any guests who would like to keep the party going to join us at our after party! The after party will take place in the same space as the cocktail hour and will go until midnight. This will be a cash bar event.
